Emblem Magazine Terms and Conditions

Very important, please read this carefully before submitting your works, any submission is considered an agreement of these terms and conditions.

We expect works to be submitted from photographers, illustrators, web designers, graphic designers, art directors, street artists, industrial designers and all other creative people from all cultural backgrounds. All submitted work must be original and the work of the artist submitting.

Previously published works, portfolio or personal works are accepted with the sole comment that the artist is responsible for any copyrighting issues resulted from publishing the work in Emblem Magazine.

You may submit as many works as you can, we retain the right to select the works, please submit your favorite!

If your submission is chosen for publication, you’ll get a free copy of the magazine. We’re sorry, but we cannot pay contributors at this time. We will make every effort to ensure the highest quality reproduction of your works.

Contributors retain all copyright on their photos, but you grant Emblem Magazine the right to reproduce your work in the magazine and on our website.

Submitting an image or text composition does not guarantee publication. We’ll respond to every submission via email within six weeks of the submission close date. If you have any questions or comments, please don’t hesitate to contact us. The submission close date for the first issue of Emblem Magazine is 15 May. Any submissions made after this date will be considered for the next coming issue.

Remember, submissions must be works in a 1600 x 1200 px, or 1200 x 1600 px resolution or larger. We are not looking for print quality resolution at this time as Emblem Magazine will only be a digital magazine for the next few months. When we will decide to go with a print version too we will let you know about the type of files that we will need.

If you send them to emblemmag@gmail.com do not forget to mention your: name, age, location, website, contact information and a few words about you.

We also guarantee that we will never share your email address or any type of personal information to any third party ever!
